Little Weekend Getaway
Jacque had her convocation last Friday. Was alittle rueful that I didn't stay on in Melbourne last year for mine. Her family came along and I was blessed enough to tag along for their trip up to Hunter Valley, the Land of Vineyards and Winerys.
Was wholly mesmerized by the breathtaking and astounding panorama at their hotel room - World Towers. After the commemoration, we celebrated the red-letter day with a convocation dinner at a Chinese restaurant with Lobster Sashimi for starters.
Post dinner programs included a merrymaking visit to Star City for a few rounds of Jackpots, Poker, BlackJack and Bacarrat.

The villa we're staying was a good 2 hours drive away from City. Along the run, I was accompanied by blue skies and marshmellowy clouds.

The patio in the manor was the most enchanting and luscious place. Love the nostalgic feel of the wooden tables and chairs.

First stop:

It had a horse carriage for interested visitors who would pay a fee to ride around the nearby precints in it.
De nombreux wine bottles

Second Stop:

Massive pastures of greenery and herbage. A sight to behold.

The interior
Barrels and barrels of Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay, etc
Wine tasting time

Third Stop:
The interior

The exterior

Caught this on our way back to the resort. So this is how precip looks like from afar. Liquidus sunshine...
After a big grocery shopping jaunt to Woolworths, a scrumptious and toothsome dinner awaits.
There was potato salad, coleslaw, mashed potato, fries, steak, grilled salmon, grilled chicken in mushroom and onion sauce, kebab, tandoori chicken and indo mee. I was so stuffed.

Secret Garden, Bruce Springsteen
She'll let you in her house
If you come knockin' late at night
She'll let you in her mouth
If the words you say are right
If you pay the price
She'll let you deep inside
But there's a secret garden she hides
She'll let you in her car
To go drivin' round
She'll let you into the parts of herself
That'll bring you down
She'll let you in her heart
If you got a hammer and a vise
But into her secret garden, don't think twice
You've gone a million miles
How far'd you get
To that place where you can't remember
And you can't forget
She'll lead you down a path
There'll be tenderness in the air
She'll let you come just far enough
So you know she's really there
She'll look at you and smile
And her eyes will say
She's got a secret garden
Where everything you want
Where everything you need
Will always stay
A million miles away
